All shipping promotions advertised are based on UPS Ground delivery services within the continental United States unless otherwise stated in the promotion details. » General Shipping: We ship by UPS to the United States. We process order every hour between 6:45 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. » Additional Shipping Charges: Additional shipping charges may apply on overweight, oversized, odd shaped or fragile items. These charges will be noted on the product page. » International Shipping: There may be additional shipping charges on International orders, depending on the country you order from. » Shipping to APO/AFO CMA ships to APO/FPO addresses via US Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post cannot ship items over 70 lbs. » Shipping Addresses: Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. » Shipping Tables: The shipping charge depends on the destination and the value of your order. Residents of Alaska or Hawaii call 310-473-6233 to order oversized items. » Returns Policy: New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 30-60 days of purchase, there is a 20% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items. To return any merchandise, customer needs to complete the exchange/return form which will be provided to you upon request. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. For some orders, you may be asked to ship the item back directly to the manufacturer, which will help expedite the process for the returns or exchange. The manufacturer return address will be provided to you by our customer support A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges.
